Selecting a Credit Memo Acknowledge Option

The Parts - Credit Memos feature allows you to select an acknowledge credit memo option. Credit memos can be set up in one of two available options:

• Creating a credit memo with a status of Pending, and then manually acknowledging the credit memo receipt from the vendors
• Creating a credit memo where the acknowledgment occurs automatically

To select a credit memo acknowledge option

1. Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
2. Select your repair facility profile, and then click Edit from the mini-toolbar.
3. Select the Parts - Credit Memos link under Repair Management.
4. Select a credit memo acknowledge option.
5. Click Save or Save and Close from the toolbar.
